The staff has been courteous, pleasant, efficient at their tasks. They seemed happy with the work they do. This contributed to my comfort, and trust. It was the first time I did not have "white coat fever" in a medical facility. I liked that they emphasized for me to ask if at any time I had questions. Two of the receptionists were gracious about repeating their comments due to my hearing impairment. I was pleased that the doctor had given me a painless and successful surgery.

All of my appointments with Dr. Jorizzo have been excellent. He takes time to listen to my concerns and always is supportive about my issues. His staff is also highly competent and helpful.

Your optician was able to fix my glasses within just a few minutes. I had been concerned that I was going to have to order a new pair of glasses after the right side lens fell out while I was wearing the glasses and was dangling by the nylon (?) string that secures the lower portion of the lens to the upper portion of the frames. Prior to this experience, I didn't even know that this string existed.
