I took my son to this clinic yesterday for his allergy eyes. This was our first time visiting the facility, it was clean, welcoming and overall such a positive experience. All staff members were nice and very helpful. The Medical Assistant (assuming that was her position) that performed my sons eye exam before seeing the doctor was super professional and asked him (he’s 12yrs old) all the questions, and only turned to me if he wasn’t sure of his answers. It seems like the Medical Eye Center is like a perfectly oiled machine..... a machine with a HEART. It was such a very smooth process. Each and every staff member was friendly. I thought I lost my phone during the fire drill and several staff members WENT WAY OUT OF THEIR WAY to find it, without disturbing the flow of the patient process. Dr Partell was thorough, clear, and incredibly helpful. He took my issue seriously and didn't make me wait unnecessary amounts of time for my procedure. This place is professional and on top of it. It's a huge facility, and very busy, but the warm lighting and friendly staff make it feel cozy.
I had never been to this place before. But the first time I walked in the door, I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable people. Everyone I encountered was professional and very helpful, from the assistants to the doctor. The place was extremely clean, and run like a well oiled machine. I felt very welcome and at ease. I feel like I am on the road to recovery.
What a great experience. From the minute I walked in the door I felt comfortable. All the staff at the front desk were very professional and welcoming. I have a bit of a hearing problem and the young lady that did my initial testing was very patient and understanding. Bravo Doctor Welling is great he finished my exam and before he left he asked if I had any other concerns which shows me he cares. I highly recommend this office for any sight services you may need. You won't be disappointed.
