we went celebrating my sons birthday and his achievement of making Eagle Scout. he was knighted and staff, knights included were congratulatimg him on his achievement. however, I have to say that they are service dog friendly. my husband has a great Dane for mobility purposes. The staff was great and the performers got a kick out of the dog sitting in the front row watching the show. he was even announced in the great hall after the show as The Bestest Boy to attend the games. he even bowed after the announcement. we will ... read more

We had an absolutely amazing time. From the moment you walk in you feel drawn back in time to the middle ages. The staff is super friendly and helpful. For the adults there is a full bar with plenty of choices. The gift shops have great souvenirs for very reasonably prices. But ofcourse the main attraction is the show while you enjoy a great meal.
