Lady Tracy, we do apologize that your visit to the castle was not as great as it should have been! Please reach out to atlanta@medievaltimes.com so we can address your concerns and make sure your next visit is nothing less than perfect.
They cancelled my friends birthday party for tomorrow and didn't tell anyone in our party about it until we tried to add another person. We would have drove an hour for nothing. Oh and thanks, my girlfriend doesn't get days off a lot so I'm glad we planned this.
Lines for getting drinks were ridiculous tool my line 30 minutes and there were maybe 10 people if not less in front of me. The food is served too far apart from each other so instead of being able to eat your bread with the soup they serve it after you're basically done with your soup. The Kings VIP doesn't really get you anything special. The "cake" that's supposed to be included with the meal is a not so great pound cake. Our name was never mentioned as it was supposed to have been. Overall not such a great experience for... read more
I'm mad! I called and told them I wanted the celebratory Birthday package. Lady on the phone was rude, we drove 4 hours to do this for my Birthday and they skipped ALL of the Birthday stuff. They offered for me to pay more for my package. No announcement no banners. I'm pretty disappointed. I could have done something else for my birthday with 8 hours drive time.
Celebrated son’s 20 Birthday. We had royalty package but I think any package would be good. When I talked on the phone they said in this Vip package will include photo with the king and one group photo but at the end the guy wanted extra $10 for the group photo. The show was nice and entertaining and the food is good as for medieval times. For the future we would not upgrade to anything extra...
We enjoyed the show and the food. A little hard to get an alcoholic drink though. We had to ask at least 4 different people before someone came to take our order. But all in all a good time was had by all.
Marvellous adventure. Don't waste a moment getting up wondering to the restroom you will miss so much! Go before &wait until after. Celebrated husband birthday ,it was better than I expected! Two hours of interactive dining & entertainment. Your encouraged to scream and shout. Leave your prissy needs for silver ware and condiments at home. It's a time travel experience. Look at the name!
Overpriced and they peddle you to spend more the entire show. The drinks were like koolaid. Not worth the $300+ we spent for some chicken and corn.
