We celebrated a birthday, it was amazing . The entertainment was awesome, the after party was the best when we had a chance to talk and take picture's with the Queen and her knights. The food was delicious ❣❣❣

Really disappointed with our last visit! Paid for the Celebration package, which was to include photos, an extra $22 per person. They lost our photos and made us wait for 45 minutes while they tried to find them! Wanted us to re/take and mail them! Would’ve liked a refund of the package price! Wasn’t offered.....saddened us because the kids really enjoy.

We loved the show BUT the waitress came and grabbed everyone’s plate and threw it in the bust pan without asking if we were finished. She took my kids plates and they were not finished. My 11 year old daughter plate even tried to pull it back twice...she ended up crying because she was hungry and was still trying to eat but her food was thrown away by the waitress. I would not have left a tip BUT my husband is nicer than me I guess. My recommendation to the servers is to ask each guest if they are finished before grabbing th... read more

The new show is horrible. We enjoyed bringing family and friends here for years. We won't be returning and we won't be recommending it either. There is virtually no storyline and the focus on the horses beauty and power is now an afterthought. I am greatly disappointed.

Business response:

Your Grace, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We do apologize that your visit was not enjoyable.

Stop charging $5 per ticket "processing" fees for cash tickets or online group orders which should be $5 per the actual CC Auth and not based on how many tickets they buy per transaction. That's extremely shady. It's not a "processing fee", it's simply an add-on charge or empty up-sale charge. At minimal be honest and just roll that into the upfront ticket price. Even 3PD services are more upfront than that and they actually do "process" a delivery.

Business response:

Noble Terry, thanks for your feedback! The $5 processing fee per ticket is for handling and administration fees that is unavoidable from any standpoint.
