I have been a Medway Oil customer since 2001, when I lived in Medway. In 2009 I moved to Mendon, MA and continued using Medway Oil. They are there whenever I need them. I have had to call for emergency service a few times and they have always come promptly and have fixed the problem quickly and …
During blizzard Juno of 2015 I was on automatic delivery with another company. I ran out of oil during the blizzard and my company would not answer the phone. I called Midway oil and they came out within an hour and gave me oil and plowed my driveway!! They went above and beyond. They have earned my business!
HUGE THANKS!! Medway Oil tried on 3 separate occasions to brave my 350 ft long driveway, to deliver much needed oil. The 3rd attempt resulted in Medway Oil coming out to the house after hours and widening the driveway for the driver to deliver safely. That is above and beyond service and I greatly appreciate it! Thanks again MEDWAY OIL!!
Great customer service! I was on automatic delivery with another oil company and they let me run out of oil...I called Medway oil in the middle of a blizzard and they delivered oil!
