Great experience. Very friendly. They came right away when we had issues with our boiler. They replaced it and were very clean and thorough....
Was a customer for two years and can assure you that the service is terrible and the pricing is expensive.
Beware of this company. They offer free one time service to new customers then they send you a service bill and couple of weeks later. They charge you $100 dollars for the locked price fee that other companies offer for free.
At 9:15 p.m. on a Friday night, I attempted to turn on my stove to make dinner. It didn't light; we were out of propane. We were on the automatic refill plan, and although we had been receiving our oil deliveries, MOC had apparently not been refilling our propane. Think twice before calling Medway Oil Co. The company said I needed around $1,800 in work done to make my heating system safe. I got a second and a third opinion from other local heating oil companies, and neither of those companies indicated there was anything wrong with my heating system. In my opinion, Medway Oil Co. tried to rip me off by scaring me into thinking my heating system was unsafe. THINK TWICE BEFORE DECIDING TO GO WITH MEDWAY OIL CO.!!!!!!
