Not the least expensive in the area, but by far the best customer service we came across while searching for an oil company. Waylon came out to our new home and explained all the service packages, he was excellent. When the service tech came out to fill our oil he was very polite and took extra time to explain the whole system to me. Really a great group of guys! I feel good having gone with Medway Oil, definitely made the right decision!
They went above and beyond today to find a replacement part for my tankless water heater. And came by to install it in minutes. I've done business with them forever. I would never ever do business with anyone else. Thank you Maureen. And service tech Rob.

Great customer service! I was on automatic delivery with another oil company and they let me run out of oil...I called Medway oil in the middle of a blizzard and they delivered oil!
