Dave is especially straight forward. He dives right in, works through the problem, resolves it quickly - and provides positive feedback with enthusiasm, confidence, and pride. While each of the Meenan service people are effective I listen carefully to Dave's recommendations.

Very pleased with the quick response to my air conditioning not working. Repairman was at my house within an hour of my call. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly.

The Meenan serviceman came on Easter Monday to replace a circulator because we had no hotwater. He was very courteos and completely professional!!!

OMG the current rate for gas is 4.19 per gallon, but meenan $6.24 per gallon, their reasoning is they use diesel fuel price for heating oil rate. Who does that! I paying 2.00 more per gallon . I am canceling my auto pay.
Absolutely horrible! They were last to fill my oil tank in February. The guy left the fill cap open and rain water has gotten into our oil tank entire summer. We need our tank drained. Have been trying to get in touch with someone for 10 days now and everyone we get a hold of says they will have someone call us and no one calls to resolve the issue! We have no oil right now and I have a newborn in the house. Unacceptable!

The installation was fine I hope. The call I was supposed receive on Monday never happened. I wanted to talk to someone about ventless a/c.
