Courteous customer service calls to update me on ETA of tech. Joe the tech was efficient and thorough. He even went out of his way to show me the faulty parts and how he tests the system. Really great tech!
I have had my service person for a few years and I needed to change my appointment which would have put me with someone else. Customer service and my service person new I really wanted to keep my appointment with a time change and they helped me out and we got it all together! They understood my circumstance and worked with me.
