You responded quickly and arrived only a few hours after I called for assistance with an issue that was not an emergency, at about 2:15 pm, in a window of arrival time between 1:00-6:00 pm. We greatly appreciate the prompt service. The customer service representative on the telephone was very courteous and helpful. We had a valve let go on the water heater and Joe was here within 45 minutes to fix the problem. We have had Joe come to our home before and he is always very professional and very helpful.

Had an oil leak. Technician was very knowledgeable and worked really fast. He explained everything he was doing which I appreciate. Fixed the problem and even cleaned the area where it leaked.
