Chris at Cincy MB is great, and not pushy! We went into Cincy Mercedes not knowing if we wanted an SUV or sedan. I have two small kids, and Chris Walker learned a lot about me, my family and our needs quickly, not only did he get me into the right car for me, it was nearly one of the least expensive on the lot. Awesome I am a first time Mercedes-Benz owner and my car buying experience at Mercedes-Benz Cincinnati was excellent. Great service! Thad Marck had great follow up and service after the sale. He contacted me via phone and email to ask if I had any further questions or needed help in understanding all of the vehicle's features. After I had the vehicle several weeks I met with him again and he very patiently reviewed some of the features.
