Good experience due to Mr. Walker's expertise and knowledge. Chris was very helpful in guiding us to make the decision to buy the GLA250. We had an awesome experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati My wife and I worked with Zach Glutz and he was great. He found the C 300 we were looking for with all the options we wanted and more plus he was able to structure a deal that fit our needs. Excellent experience We highly recommend MB of Cincy. Zach treated us with great care and respect. He made he process easy, and stress free. We got a very good deal on a beautiful car. Great follow up service after the sale too. Charlene in service was great, with very thorough attention and communication. We are very impressed with MB Cincy!

Very pleasant experience Purchased many many cars over the years and some of the experiences have not been very enjoyable. Enjoyed the no pressure take your time approach and the friendliness of the sales staff.

Exceeded My Expectation I’m not a frequent car buyer, it had been several years since I purchased a vehical. My experience at MB of Cincinnati was by far the best experience I have ever had. The entire team was non pressure, product knowledgeable, and had a great deal of respect for our time. They went out of their way to be pleasant, the overall experience exceeded my expectation. Best Ever I wondered onto the MB lot thinking that I'd encounter the typical high pressure "car salesman." Was I surprised when I encountered Zach.
