Fun experience Several years ago I met Jed Hargett when my usual salesperson was not available. Well Done! It took me a few years to pull the trigger, but I finally purchased a new 2016 Mercedes-Benz GL 450 from Jed Hargett. The first time we met a few years ago, I drove up in a clunker. 2012 GL559 My experience with Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati was by far the greatest car buying experience to date. From my initial contact with the dealership, everything was top-notch. I never felt pressured into my decision and my every question was addressed and explained to clear any uncertainties I may have had. I was in and out incredibly fast.
Great experience with MB Cincy and Anthony DeStafano I love new cars and have bought more than I want to remember of the last decades. I've found no sales experience than with this dealership and Anthony in particular. He helped me save a few bucks, while working hard to put me in the car that I wanted. Highly recommended.
Great experience I wasn't immediately in the market for a new car but I won a raffle in which I was loaned a Mercedes for the weekend. What an experience! I've always dreamed of owning a Mercedes. Well, I fell for the new CLA250. My salesman is fabulous! Kind, patient, informative and so helpful! In fact, the entire dealership is great! They make you always feel welcome. I'm still learning all the bells and whistles and if I have questions, they're always willing to assist.
The experience is good in general Zach is nice! I didn't expect any further help from him after buying this car, but when I have questions about the car, he always answer me quickly and patiently.
