I had a awesome experience.
Had an excellent hygienist and Dr. Andy is the best. My only problem is that no one introduces themselves. Hard for me to remember the hygienist's name when I don't see them for 6 mos or they are new.
Great service and personable staff. Also great with my 5 y/o son.
Brandy L. was extremely thorough during my examination as well as being very effective at communicating to me what was happening with my teeth, and explaining the process and benefits of the "periodontal scaling and root planning". Robin appears to be very organized and efficient along with great communication skills.
The best professional service, kind caring and experienced! We just love Mercer and Sydell Dental. We have been coming here now for 3 years and it just keeps getting better.
Always a pleasant experience with Brandy. She is warm and personable. Dr. Andy was kind and considerate, even when telling me that I need to replace an old filling.
