Staff very professional and informative. The office is done very proffesionaly. Equipment is very advanced. Everything very clean and neat. Did not have any waiting. Great dentist office! Would highly recommend this office if anyone is looking for a new dentist.
The personal touch is always welcome in my company so enjoyed my visit immensely. Though I need some much needed work on my teeth, I was pleased with how that situation was handled with care and professionalism. My next visit is the start of my new treatment plan which I'm looking forward to. Thank you for your care and professionalism. I'm glad I switched dental groups. :-)

I had never been a patient at Mercer Sydell so I was unsure what to expect. Brandi was kind, considerate and very professions. The staff was courteous and friendly and it was a good experience even though a dentist office is never my favorite place to visit.

Everyone from the front desk to to the dentist is wonderful. They truly care about their patients.
I have had major detal work done, which has included extractions and implants. I now have a denture, but it looks amazing. Dr. Sydell worked very hard in making the denture fit percisely. I am in the process of having a permanent fixed hybrid inserted. Which is a fixed denture that does not come out. From the very first vist and now many months later, Dr. Sydell is working on giving me my smile back! The office staff is awesome and Dr. Sydell and his assistant, Maddison treat me so special.
