My experience was very positive except that I had an appt at 11am and did not get called in till 11:30 am.
Very nice staff, clean and professional facilities.
I'm new to the area and was due for cleaning and my annual check up. Being around the corner I decided to give Dr. E. Sydell a shot. I had two broken molars, one I was unaware of. Dr. Sydell is so gentle, compassionate understanding my fear of dentistry. I am very happy and impressed with not only Dr. Sydell, but the entire staff. My visit was a checkup & cleaning. I never like going to the dentist but they made it very pleasant. They are all very nice and made it very comfortable for the patient.
The staff at Mercer and Sydell are wonderful, kind people. Not only did they make my 7 year old daughter feel comfortable with her first dental experience, they did a wonderful job cleaning and examining her teeth. Before the visit, my daughter was not wanting to brush everyday without constantly being reminded, but since her visit at Mercer and Sydell, she is now brushing twice a day and is excited about it.
I recently had my first visit w/ Mercer and Sydell. Not only was the facility absolutely beautiful and inviting, it was clean and organized. The beauty of the facility is pale in comparison to the staff! They were warm and friendly, professional and down to Earth. My deep cleaning was the best experience in years. There was no pain and my team explained every step, so there were no surprizes.I am really grateful.
