Dr. Sydell and Mercer Dental to the rescue! I'm from Ohio and working construction in Delaware. I woke up with major toothache (infected molar)and had no idea where to go. After 2-3 phone calls that weren't taking temporary patients I was directed to Mercer & Sydell where they actually took my info while I was leaving! Short wait, professional staff and great Doc. I had my first visit to the office . I went to Milton and could not have been more pleased. I am a health professional and run an office and could take many lessons from this group of patient oriented providers. Arrived after completing my paperwork ahead of time,brought back right on time and was cared for by the best hygienist I have ever experienced and given a comprehensive exam by the dentist . My follow up was explained to me along with the charges...and my options . I will be back and send others ... Thank You .
