Went to Mercer and Sydell for the first time this week, I was very pleased. The staff is pleasant, the office is clean and attractive, and I only waited a few minutes. The teeth-cleaning was very thorough and Brandy gave me alot of information about my teeth and advice about how to take care of them. Dr. Sydell was also very thorough and examined my neck, jaw and tongue, as well as my teeth, and explained everything clearly. Mercer & Sydell made me an emergency appointment for 1 hour from the time we called!! I was in a lot of pain and they were very kind and concerned throughout the visit. The staff was so nice, and the dentist was awesome!! I can't thank them enough, especially after getting a good night's sleep after weeks of restlessness & pain. Thank you Mercer & Sydell!!!
Just wanted to say "thanks" to Dr Sydell and his hygentist. My 6 year old son had an appointment for a cleaning and then a "sugar bug" was found. Dr. Sydell took care of the cavaity right then and my son was back to school in an hour. Dr. Sydell was friendly and joked with my son the whole time he was filling his cavaity. When we left my son asked when we could come back because he had so much fun! Thanks so much

Everyone was very professional and welcoming. It was a great overall experience. I particularly liked my hygenist.
All Services provided were excellent. I was pleased with on time appointment and text appointment reminder. The friendly staff and their willingness to please and make your time in the office pleasant.
