my parents have been well taken care of. staff is welcoming and friendly. residents are remembered by name and treated with affection and respect. everyone from director to reception, to nursing staff, maintenance, activity director, house keeping, are caring, professional, and compassionate.
[name removed] is fabulous!!! I can't say enough about her. she's kind, patient, and truly cares. she took a very stressful situation and made it memorable. she answered all questions, concerns, regardless of the time of day.
very nice and clean. food is good. friendly staff and residents. the room size is very nice.
been 6 years. carpets need shampoo. breakfasts are perfect. like to see better dinner. things are expensive as is. residents are precious people and lots of good stories.
my experience at the Meridian at Stone Creek has been absolutely awesome. it began with their sales director. she was and still is an amazing point of contact who answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. all and I mean ALL other staff members were very professional and "cool".
The staff are first class. I may live here some day. The facility is very impressive.
We came in to tour the Meridian at Stone Creek and were met with such friendly, compassionate people. We moved my parent in and they welcomed her with open arms and have gone beyond our expectations to make her feel like a part of the community/family. The food is great (lots of choice). [name removed] is incredible, compassionate, and spends her energy really supporting the process. Beautiful facility!
I liked it right away. This place felt like home and is a good fit for my husband who has dementia but still nice for me.
