The Meridian at Stone Creek is a very pleasant place to live. The staff and residents are caring and friendly. The facility has an upscale ambiance and is exceptionally clean. Resident activities are numerous and varied making for an interesting day.
Good people, great care, always helpful. They take great care of my grandma. She's been a resident for 6 years and loves it there. They are making her transition from assisted living to memory care as easy as possible.

The whole staff was extremely helpful getting my mother home from the nursing home and moving her from assisted living to memory care.
