We really love the staff members - they are so friendly caring and we really enjoy their work. It is expensive but the care that is provided for the residents is absolutely great. They have a lot of fun with the activities, the activities director is a hoot. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

After viewing several memory care homes in the Tacoma area, the Meridian is the best place we have seen. This is based on the quality of the facility, the staff and care received, the food, and the programs available.

I toured this community and it was very nice. Cleanliness and friendliness were great. I was looking for a Memory Care only facility, so wasn't the best fit for us. But it seemed like a nice place.

We had toured a few other communities that our loved one did not like and when we came here to Meridian she really liked it so we knew we had to pick it. We do think the overall value is great but we have had an issue with the billing department since day one so that could use a little more organization. The activities are pretty limited on the memory care side so sometimes our loved one gets bored but we do understand just like everyone else they are struggling with staffing. However the staff members are very friendly.

I toured this facility and it was good. The staff was friendly and it was fairly clean. Our tour guide did feel a little bit like a used car salesman. Not pushy or anything, but just kind of sales pitchy. It's more expensive than a lot of other options. Our main issue is that it was too far from home.

The staff was very friendly. Our first impression was wonderful. It seemed like there were a lot of activities, and the residents seemed very happy there. Our family member received great care. She originally went in as independent and ended up having to have assistance with medication, which they did a great job taking care of for her.
It was more expensive but was a nice place.
