Verified Renter If you have no other options, this place will do, but don't expect your problems to be solved in a timely manner, and don't expect any level of quality in terms of the paint, flooring and cleanliness of the unit upon move-in.
Verified Renter Would not waste your money here! Moved into a filthy and busted up loft. Lived here for a month and only 1/8 of the repairs have been made. If you request to be contacted with status updates... you most definitely will not be contacted. You will only find that your money couldve been well spent elsewhere. 10/10 would not recommend.
Absolutele Worst Place to Live The common complaints you will see amongst all of the reviews could not be more true. This place is awful, I would never recommend this place to anybody! I can’t even begin to tell you how terrible our year was at Meridkan Meadow. I wish I could say we just had bad luck but all of our neighbors hated it there just as much. Verified Renter It is super pricey for what you are getting will most likely not be renewing my lease.
Verified Renter Don't move here. They don't care if you have working heat, air conditioning, stove, dishwasher. None of it. The stove nearly killed me by not shutting off and they wont replace it. It is over 30 years old and they refuse to replace it. Dont believe anything about this complex that you read online. All they want is your money. They dont care if the apartment is habitable
Really Terrible Management - no care or concern for their residents We lived in Meridian Meadows for 8 months. When we moved in, the apartment was not ready and the whole upstairs had no power. We turned in a maintenance request for this and other issues in the apartment and it took almost two weeks for everything to be addressed. We lived with no power in half the apartment for two weeks which is really just unacceptable. Living under the bridge is better than living here. Where ever you are now, it is better than this. Rather than here, you are much better living under the bridge or in a bus station. STAY AWAY Seriously stay away from this property. The management is terrible and are the rudest people that I have come across. The office manager, Ashley is the most unprofessional person and does not know how to interact or communicate and they don’t give two cents about the residents.

Mike I’ve been living here for 5 months and I must say the management is terrible! We paid 200 dollars to “hold an available apartment” but our move in date was moved back over 2 months! They also said you can choice the color of your apartment when we asked the property manager Ashley said it was too late two weeks before the aloud us to move in. The leasing consualtants and the property manager gave me different informtion on multiple occasions and they act as if my wife and I were a burden. Also they still haven’t comletl... read more
