Overpriced, noisy, low-class neighbors Given the cost of rent, I expected more from this property. On move-in day the second-floor toilet overflowed. Even the first-floor toilet has a weird, unremovable stain that looks like poop is in the bowl. Moreover, our neighbors have a bunch of children, so you can hear them banging and yelling and screaming. Verified Renter Progressively deteriorating standards/service
Poor management and maintenance staff Very hard to deal with the folks in the office.. They are nice when you move in but then you are on your own. Maintenance requests will take weeks or sometime months to resolve the issue. No one picks up calls or return your phone call when left a voicemail. Stayed there for two years and only can say to stay away from this miserable place.

worst apartment I lived here a few years ago and I remember it as the worst apartment of my life. Almost 7 months out of the year I lived, I had no air conditioner and heater because they don't fix it. I talked to them dozens of times, but they just came and looked and didn't fix it. Needs Improvement Throughout my time here I have had to have my fridge replaced because it stopped working shortly after moving in, there have been many leaks in the basement, the bathtub/shower tub and walls were painted over so when I use any type of cleaner (I’ve tried a few) all of the paint chips off and I have to clean it. There is mold. Lots of it. There are carpenter ants and they get very large.
