Poor Management/Maintenance - Not Maintained Meridian Meadows has by far been the worst rental experience I have ever had. It is poorly managed, and the maintenance team is awful. We were without hot water for 7 days, our bathtub leaked through the ceiling on the second floor, into the basement, we had mold in the walls. We ended our lease early and the only reason I am allowing for 2 stars, is because of the pool.

Go somewhere else if you can We were only here for a few months because it was so bad. Kids run around all over out of control and toys scattered all around. My car has dents from kids playing in the parking lot. I told the office about this and they said they would contact people. I never heard anything more. When pressed they seemed like I was telling them this the first time. No one follows the leash rules. Even if they do most people just keep there dogs on a leash unattended. Barking all day! Verified Renter Meridian Meadows is fine provided you don't mind things breaking frequently and not being fixed appropriately. If you want something fixed in your apartment just do it yourself. It's a quiet community but you have to tolerate a lot to live here.

Verified Renter We're still on the fence about management due to how our bathtub repair was handled. Great to know its okay for residences to go 4 days without use of our shower and being told someone would clean our bathroom and no one came to clean up post tub repair.

You've Been Warned I really want to love this place but unfortunately all the reviews I read are accurate. I have my own stories but there are honestly too many to write about. I had high hopes for Beztak but in my opinion they are only looking for 1 year tenants. Every unit has unresolved issues which results in a dissatisfied tenant moving out after 1 year then a quick fluff and puff is performed and it gets re-rented out with the same issues. Verified Renter Even though I requested maintenance services three times and the woman in the leasing office made appointments twice, no one came here yet. I moved here a month ago and checked everything. And then I found a couple of major problems as follow; 1. When it rains, rain drops in the middle of the patio. I'm worrying that rain could flow in my basement. 2. Screens were patially torn, so that bugs such as mosquitoes and flies come inside.
