This strip mall in Nepean is not an inclusive environment and lgbtqia individuals are not welcome here. The mall has made that very clear while supporting a bigoted (Tailgaters) during a situation where 2 lgbtqia individuals were asked to leave the bar because the door staff discriminated against them. Do not support this mall. The recent stabbing was from a bigoted patrons of Tailgators in this Mall. This strip mall in Nepean is not an inclusive environment and lgbtqia individuals are not welcome here. The mall has made that very clear while supporting a bigoted (Tailgaters) during a situation where 2 lgbtqia individuals were asked to leave the bar because the door staff discriminated against them. Do not support this mall. The recent stabbing was from a bigoted parein of Tailgaters in this Mall.

Reached out to First Capital about a safety issue on sidewalk (snow not properly cleared) to enter mall that was ignored. Clearly they don’t care about customers safety and want people walking on the busy roadway instead. Hopefully nobody gets hurt. Very disappointing! Even worse is how dirty the mall is (see photos) on the outside. Mall is a haven for rats due to First Capital profit first approach so be weary about going there due to the lack of cleanliness.

I recently went to visit my friend on christmas to drop off a gift. The mall was closed so I used the malls parking and I also had a handicap permit on my dash. I only stayed there for not more than 15 minutes and came back to find a parking ticket on my car. The call was made from within the mall to inform authorities. What a joke this is, thanks for ruining my Christmas for me. I will never shop there ever again.
