Mall is okay but this one security guard with a bun sticking out the back of her head was quite rude and kicked me out because I was at the mall for to long in her eyes. I wasn't causing any issues just minding my own walking around and charging my phone and did some groceries at farmboy. i didnt see an issue with that and neither did the other security guards and mall staff that I seen multiple times except for this one. One of those "deserted" malls that are scattered among various locations around the city. This particular mall is reminiscent of a GHOST TOWN! Very depressing feel and almost NO general customer support. It's s very sad mall
I'd have to give this 2nd place for worst malls in Ottawa, second to only the Elmvale Acres Mall. This place is completely isolated, and the only place worth visiting is Marshalls or Farm Boy. Other than that, they should close the location
Maybe they update their hours on Google. Google says they close at 7 pm but they are closed at 6 pm.
Most shops still closed until early July
