It's alright
The audacity from the store manager who stood there lying to me about why he could not give me a refund! Despite me showing him the requirements on the website. He proceeded to go in the back to find the proof of what he was saying! AND GUESS WHAT! Came back saying he couldn't find it. He had to make excuses about their search engine not working !
