First time visiting Merrimack Smiles (well, technically I was a patient of Dr.Couret's years ago)! Loved the friendly staff and how well they explained and laid everything out for us!
My hygienist is very thorough. She explains where I am missing and how to improve.
All procedures were explained before performing and that's fantastic.
I felt very comfortable on my first visit. I appreciate the willingness to work with me regarding my wishes for treatment now and in the future. Dr. Morris and all the staff took the time to explain and offer suggestions, which I totally appreciate. Their Professionalism is heart warming, to say the least. Very, Very pleasant experience. Everyone from the dentist to the people at the front desk were friendly. They were up to date on new technology and are good at communicating problem areas.
All the staff are really great. They are very sensitive to my stress when it comes to dentistry. DR. Morris is excellent & goes out of his way to ensure I am the most comfortable I can be during my procedures. Every part is explained and no one rushes me through just to get to the next patient. I sometimes catch myself NOT worring LOL but at the very least I know I'm in excellent hands : )
