An unexpected problem.... but you were right there to resolve it!
I had Linda as my hygienist. She is awesome! I have jaw issues. She is very patient & knowledgeable on techniques to decrease the soreness. I actually had no pain after my cleaning which is a first. Very friendly, polite & thorough. I love Dr Morris too. He is super friendly. I never feel rushed with my questions.
Trish did a super job with cleaning, as always, even when I did not do my best keeping up with my teeth over the last 6 months. I appreciate Dr. Morris being proactive with some trouble spots that hopefully will not turn in to cavities, and his explanation of possible causes along with appropriate follow-up. I am always happy to recommend Merrimack Smiles to anyone looking for a dental practice! We have been coming as a family for over 17 years now and look forward to many more.
Everything about Merrimack Smiles is easy and pleasant. I feel well taken care of and the staff is very friendly. Making appointments is easy and the email/text features are appreciated. Facility is clean and they are always on time. I won't consider going anywhere else. I even brought my 1 year old in for check-up/cleaning and they were great with her too! No need to go to a specialty children's dentist.

Cleaning and Checkup I've been loyal to this office for 6 years because I appreciate my hygienist, Jennifer's excellent care. She does the best job cleaning my teeth of any hygienist I've ever seen and I'm 62 yrs old. Dr. Morris is personable, smart and helpful. I also appreciate the high tech expertise, such as the high pressure water teeth cleaning, the quick digital xrays, the thorough and efficient computer scheduling with reminders system.
