I've been going to Merrimack Smiles since 1992-1993. Of all the businesses that I've dealt with, Merrimack Smiles has been the most professional, courteous and helpful health care provider I have been to. Since I've been there, I've gotten married and have had two children. All are now patients there and they look forward to going to the dentist! My questions were very well received and answered.
I had a root canal done here and I was very nervous about it. The staff was truly amazing and they all went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with everything. They walked me through the entire process so that I knew what was happening at every stage of the procedure. They also let me listen to my music from my phone during the procedure, which really helped me relax. They really made the experience a lot more pleasant that I thought it would be!
I have been going to Merrimack Smiles since I graduated from college (just about 20 years ago, yikes!). I have always seen Linda as a hygienist and she is wonderful. My teeth are always sparklingly clean. She has good recommendations for sealants and tooth care in general and she's such a nice person the time flies when there. My son has also been seeing Linda also he was a year old. He is 12 now. She is excellent with kids. Dr. Morris is new(ish) to the practice, but we have been happy with him as well.
I brought my 8 y.o. son in to have fillings. He was nervous, but the staff quickly helped to put him at ease. Nancy offered to explain everything to him again, but he decided it was best just to get it done with. Dr. Morris came in and immediately started chatting with him and put him at ease. He explained everything to him. His biggest fear was having the novacaine, but Dr Morris did a fabulous job....even in between my son asking a ton of questions while the needle was in his mouth! Cleaning on 7/29 - I am always greeted like I was there just the day before. I cannot say enough about the staff that works there. Super friendly and always organized. I was taken in for my cleaning pretty much exactly on time and the cleaning was fast, efficient and painless. I had questions about whitening options and future treatment and the technician (Jennifer - I hope I remember her name correctly) was very informative and helped me decide on some options.
