Worst bank ever. Better hope your bank card information isn't stolen. They have a whole process set up to prevent you from making a timely and effective complaint.
Literally the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I used metro for an auto loan since they offered the lowest rate. However, they are making it extremely difficult to pay the bills (you would think the opposite right?). I've tried to set up online banking but the account number from my bill does not match their records. I tried calling but they gave me the wrong account information. I'm just going to pay the loan in full because this is ridiculous!
Pros: No line Cons: Customer Service rude and unprofessional Wasn't greeted, thanked for business, or given a farewell. Bank announced out loud how much I was taking out of my accounts (security risk) and hand wrote my balance on a receipt. Account postings are inaccurate and lags.
