I've been a member of Metro credit union for 15 years without any issues. I'm extremely happy with their customer service both in person and online.

I am a 30 year customer of Metro credit Union... I found them after shopping around as a new college graduate after learning all of the benefits of working with the credit union over a bank as credit unions are they are for their customers versus banks were only there for their stock holders. Been a member for 15+ years. I was a little shocked at the low yelp score. Let me say this... 1. Metro was the only bank to offer me a "low mortgage". I purchased the lowest cost condo in Framingham and no one wanted to even consider giving me a loan based on my credit score for such a low amount. (Loan was $50K and I have a credit score of about 780). Every bank wanted to charge me two points or more if I went with them!!! Terrific bank. I have been a member for many years. The ease of online bill pay is great! Takes minutes to pay bills once set up.Their banking pages are very organized and one is easily able to peruse the different areas such as the main page,bill pay, and accounts. When you use an atm at another bank, you get your service fee paid back to you. The credit card dept.contacts you if there is credit card fraud with your account. All good, glad I use them for my banking needs.

Love this Credit Union. I have been a member for 7 years at least. I have never had any issues, and would recommend to anyone.

sitting here on hold for 49 minutes just to get a lease payoff to try and help one of your members. what a disgrace.

Customer service, online banking and customer service phone are basically non existent. They must be closing soon or know they're being bought out, it's insane in 2025 to find every task impossible to accomplish with this bank.

Worst bank and customer service I've ever experienced. You can't even call branches directly you talk to someone at a call center that knows nothing about banking. So weird.

Customer service so slow that you're risking your credit rating by using them. Avoid avoid avoid.
