I made an order today 10/18 online and the food served was little , and looked different from the picture that you have in the predetermined choices. I am very upset as this is not the amount I usually receive when I go to the store in person to order a bowl. And this has been happening on multiple occasions.
Our order did not have pita bread in the bag and a bowl did not have Turkish salad even though it was clearly on the order form. My bowl without Turkish salad was almost empty, as they forgot the salad but also put very very little of anything in it. I was not satisfied at all considering the price I paid.

We just opened our lunches and the chicken is missing. In addition, pickup time was 12:22 and I was handed my bag at 12:41.
I visit the Reston Virginia store about twice a month. While I have had one negative experience in the past, I have continued to be a loyal patron of this location. Upon visiting this evening, I observed both employees working on the front line preparing all of the food wearing masks completely below their noses. I paid $2 for lamb kefta and got cold falafel...
I placed an online order and did not receive most of the ingredients that I had requested for.
Order was missing extra chicken and both sauces. Barely any toppings. Dry and not edible. Called Reston location twice to resolve. First time, she had trouble understanding me and finally told me to call back when the manager is back. Called back 20 minutes later and was hung up on when I talked to the same woman and mentioned the problem. So, neither time I was able to speak to the manager.
Reston order # 7512b28d We love Mezeh and have ordered many times. Its not the first time we've had errors with our order but it's happened too many times now. One of our bowls was almost right just the wrong protein. The otjer was completely wrong. And we only received one bread. Very frustrating.
