I ordered food from the Reston, VA store this evening. While preparing my food, the associate touched/shifted his face mask with his gloved hand, did not change his gloves, and continued preparing my food. He then used that same hand to rough the actual food that was spilling out of the bowl and put it back in the bowl. I deem this unsafe and unacceptable and would like a refund. I was not comfortable addressing this is the restaurant while other patrons were there.
Not sure what is going on at this location but we have a poor experience every time! Summary of our latest visit: were out of steak (which was requested for 2 out of our 3 meals) and no longer served pita pockets. I understand if you are out of something but they didn’t contact us for a substitute item so after placing and order with a 30+ minute advanced pick up time, he had to wait another 10-15 minutes to prepare the order once he got there.
