Order was missing protein and toppings including Turkish salad. I even paid extra for the extra protein and did not receive any.

Hello! I love ordering from Mezeh because it's near my house & always fresh. Today was a big disappointment. I checked to make sure both bowls were in my bag, and drove home after a long day of work. I open them up to find one of the bowls was missing hummus, dips, and both sauces I requested! I paid $12.50 for an incomplete order :(......Thank you for listening! I think the Reston location could use a refresher.

Hello, I recently visited the Reston location and was met with a very unfriendly staff. I was the only person in line ordering and no one greeted me for 5 minutes. I was ordering 2 bowls and the associate who was helping me was extremely rude and rushed me through my orders. She would put items on the bowls before i specified which item i wanted. ...the catering experience wasn't a pleasant one. The food arrived 40 minutes earlier than request so it was cold by the time we served it. The meats were super spicy unlike the sample we ate at the restaurant in Resont a few weeks ago. And the White rice looked and tasted like brown rice with extra cumin...20 adults tried your food and they all found the meats too spicy. It really tasted more like we ordered indian not mediterranean or Turkish!

Many items incorrect in my delivery order tonight. Order confirmation code 4525. Two of the three meals that we ordered had at least two missing ingredients, and other ingredients were substituted for others. Also, several of the ingredients that WERE "correct" were extremely scant...almost an afterthought. Example: ordered olives on two of the meals, and each meal had at most two or three olives. I found a piece of glass on my order today. Today (01/13/2021), I went to the reston location (4.34pm) to get my usual order. I took it back home and when I was eating, I was feeling something unusual. I was experiencing glass like experience. I took it out of my mouth and found a piece of glass there. Last time I try to use your app to order and get it delivered they called me 20 minutes after I ordered and told me they were not going to be able to deliver it to my home I had to go then pick it up and it was wrong. Very bad experience.

We order food from your restaurant in Reston town center every Friday for months now, recently I have noticed the store is out of stuff almost every time. Or they say they have it but when my order comes, it is missing several toppings. Last week I called to ask if they are out of anything, one of the ladies said she is busy and she will put me on hold and come back when she can, she never did and I was on hold for 15 minutes.
