Good Printer Good printer right out of the box. Easy to set up. Works as expected. Print speed is a bit slow. Quality of print is good.
So far so good. Wish ink cartridges had more bang for the buck, but otherwise works well so far.
Great quality. Only lasted 3 years. Pros: Print quality was good. I only used it for documents. Black & White and color on plain paper. Printed some large 2 sided documents 50+ pages. That went smoothly. Cons: The screen is small and hard to read. The on-screen menu is not intuitive. It stopped printing after 3 years. All other functions still work. Summary: I didn't use it very often, so per print job this was a really expensive printer.
Comes with very little ink. Stops working if any of the various inks run out It was good at firat but hardly any ink and when any single ink runs low it wont print at all evwn if you still have black ink and are printing in strictly black like a letter
Easy to use Good printing easy to use
I have had gook luck so far with this printer I bought it nearly two years ago when it was only $150! I use genuine Brother ink and run maintenance on the print heads regularly. I print mostly in black, but I am an amateur photo printer, and using quality photo paper, I have been very happy with the color results. It was easy to set up. I get notified by Brother for driver updates occasionally, so I do that. Overall, I'm very happy with this printer.
