Excellent ! This printer is the solution to print from a chromebook. I was able to print from my Zebra thermal label printer from my chomebook as well. In my case , the internet connection was "flakey" until I installed the latest printer firmware., I would recommend this printer for anyone who wants to print from a chromebook.

Nice all-in-one inkjet printer I was sceptical after reading mixed reviews and low price on this printer but I this is a great compact machine. It was fairly easy to set up. Just follow the instructions. The machine is much quieter than the HP8620Pro that it replaces and the output is superior to the other machine, as well. I really can't think of anything negative to say about this MFC-J491DW All-In-One duplex color inkjet printer. I'm delighted with this purchase.
Extremely loud and violent sounding, but good value at this price point This printer is the loudest and most violent sounding printer we have ever owned. It is about as cheaply built, as a printer can possibly be. That said, it does a decent job (excellent for the price point) overall. Setup was easy. Beware that this printer is ONLY WIRELESS. There is not an Ethernet port on it. So, wired LAN use is not possible.
Prints, copies and scans perfectly. Easy setup. I use this printer mostly for its scan and copy functions. And when I need color prints. It works as advertised. I would recommend it to anyone.
Cheap Brother printer is great for home use This all in one color-inkjet-wireless printer is fine for light usage. The software works well with Windows 10. I use this printer with a Brother laser printer. The laser printer is better (less expensive per page) for multiple copies and longer print runs. The MFC-491DW is better for color printing and scanning. I have used this printer for about a month and have experienced no problems. I have problem conecting with my laptop, so I use USB cable. It's work but you need to buy seperatly It's useful and easy to use
Awesome Hard to start the forst, but it works well
Brother printer for the win When I got the product, the installation was very easy. It took me less than 5 minutes to install everything. It prints really well, even back-to-back printing. My only concern is how the ink uses up so easily. Good thing you can buy refills online.
