Has it's faults, overall ok but slow! Operates all functions as it should. The print quality is good. The black ink lasts a long time, thankfully. However, some minor drawbacks are that, firstly, the plastic that it is made with is very flimsy and I am afraid it will easily break. The printer is extremely slow. And, there have been more paper jams than expected.

Printing It prints better than my last printer but not quite as well as I would like.
A lot for the money I just can’t believe how inexpensive it is. It does everything I needed, including a document feeder and duplex printing. (Note—the auto feeder cannot be used for duplex-to-duplex copying with this printer, but you can use the ADF to go from one-sided to duplex.)
No touch screen Its a printer thatbworks and it has wireless printing. Just connect to the same wifi.
Like this printer! This is a nice printer for the money!! The ink cartridges are very easy to install, it comes w/4 full cartridges which is very nice. I set it up very easy with my iPhone to print, but can’t seem to connect w/my Chromebook too easily😏 Overall a good choice, good little home office addition, esp that you can get cheaper ink via Amazon...private sellers...
Much better than the HP printer it replaced. I bought this printer to replace an HP ENVY printer that was producing poor print quality. The Brother printer was pretty easy to install and I have had good print quality for both text documents and photos.
simply the best for under $200 best printer for the money .... by far. this is the replacement for the J480 which has working wonderfully for us, for almost two years. Does it all .... and flawlessly.
