Brother comes through again! Got this to replace a worn out Brother printer/scanner. NOTE: Uninstall all old printer software first!!! The instructions did not say to do this, but experience has taught me. Setup was quick, easy, and trouble free. I like the ink saving features which include separate ink cartridges for each color. Works well So far, I've been pleased with this printer. It's generally easy to use and print quality is as good or better than more expensive desktop printers I've had. As other reviewers have noted, I've also had an issue that the printer will sort of arbitrarily stop printing when one of the ink cartridges gets low. It's irritating, but not really a problem since I keep extra cartridges on hand. My biggest complaint is that the display screen is very, very small and often hard to read/navigate. works fine read the reviews don't understand what the problem is plugged it in loaded the d put paper and ink in it and it works what do you need for less than $50.00 they get my vote
It's great for the price I cannot for the life of me get this unit to do anything by the touch screen. I have to use my computer to control everything. I have tried downloading the software. Have not contacted tech support because I have not had time. Otherwise, I like it. Goes through ink rather quickly.
