This Printer is Excellent So easy to start up. Print quality the best. My old Brother Printer went out after 15 years. Not sure what happened, but knew I would always have a Brother Printer. Refurbished? I certainly can't tell. Is in mint condition. I did purchase the 4 year warranty, but I know I will never use it. Love the wireless. Just a nice update Brother Printer, that I know will last me another 15 years~
