Nice printer, & good print quality I recieved the printer in good shape; packed well and no damage. The printer is stylish and nice looking. I spent two days trying to set this up as a wireless printer without success. In printers & device it showed ready but would not print a document from Microsoft office. I gave up and set up the printer with my USB cord with intentions to try to hook up as a wireless printer sometime in the future. Great Printer! I wish I knew about this gem years ago!
Easy setup, flawless color prints! The printer connected easily to my wireless network and turned out beautiful color-enhanced documents. I haven't had an ink jet printer for years, and was pleased at how copies from this one resist bleeding when dampened--great improvement over yesteryear!
it prints airprint, and google cloud work perfectly. I can print wirelessly from my iphone, chromeboook or windows laptop. setup was annoying but tolerable. bought this to replace a canon pixma that had never worked reliably and suddenly stopped completely. this is a much better product than the canon
Works So Far & I Like It I had a very hard time getting this, tech support & my wifi to all come together just to get it set up. But after days & weeks of messing with it the stars must've aligned because it all came together easily & is working fine. I don't have it hooked up to fax but it prints & copies just like it's supposed to. I haven't scanned but I'm confident it will work when I need it to.
Easy To Set Up Touchscreen is a hassle. Ask for wrong passcode when setting up so I had to call my internet provider to help. It was an easy fix. So far so good. Easy to set up other than that and print is perfect for what I need.
