Love Features and economic ink tanks I bought this model because it features 2-sided copy, scanning and faxing that works! It saves paper and creates an easy way to handle data and records. My paper and ink costs have improved compared to previous printers I have bought in the past. I love the machine and Brother support has been outstanding.

The quality and reputation of the Brother printer I am the Treasurer of a small Lawn Bowls Club and manage all of the Club's finances and other business from my home. I really like this All-In-! printer I've used HP and Epson All-in-1 printers for years. Sadly, I've run into issues with their solutions that made using them any longer problematic. With the MFC-J5945DW, it's been great! The only issue I've run into has been trying to get it to automatically accept faxes. The printer software only allows 4 rings before the fax will answer. I need it to support 6-7 rings because anything less interferes with my answering machine. As such, I had to default incoming faxes to manual mode. Even w... read more
Excellent value This multi-function machine performs well for my office use. Good with my Mac over Wi-Fi. Scans are very quick; print quality is good. Only complaint was that first machine had a defective automatic document feed, but Brother replaced the machine right away. Great customer service.
Feature rich printer I have been using Canon printers in my home office for years, but the durability and quality has steadily decreased. When my most recent printer died, I did a lot of research of other brands for product quality, print quality and features.
