Good, but not perfect. I love the way this printer interfaces with the user and its paper-handling capabilities. Separate paper drawers and rear tray make printing various sizes convenient. It uses a lot of ink. The cartridges it comes with are barely enough (in one case no enough) to fill the internal tanks, so if you purchase new, have another set ready. Versatile and fast. This printer has all the features we need and is very fast. The USB and WiFi connections work well, however we found that if a tower computer does not have WiFi, we cannot use a ganged USB device to connect more than one tower.
Great Machine This is my second brother printer and it meets all my specification. Has all the feature I wanted for a good price. Cost per copy is very reasonable both black and color. Copy and scan both sides feature reduces time and handling. One year ink supply is a big plus.

Great features I’ve only had my printer a short time. The time I’ve had it everything is been very easy to use and much quieter than my old one. It’s nice to be able to scan and print from my other Apple platforms. I like the looks of it sitting in my Home office. I’ve not tried the envelope printing yet so I hope that works as well as everything else.
Has a rear paper feed. A MUST HAVE We do a lot of two-sided printing, to conserve paper and space. This printer is great.
More than I Expected Small Business Office needing a printer that was better than just the little home printers but not a large contract printer. This printer is more than I need and still learning new things it can do. More than met my requirements!!
So far so good I have owned many different printers over the years, starting with the old dot matrix Commodore style to this Brother which I had to purchase refurbished rather than new (no ink jet Brothers available in Canada). Easy to set up, speedy delivery, and so far comparable to the best of what I've used in the past.
It just works right Has done everything as advertised.Need to let people buy parts, instead of making them go to Brother service or another brand.
