Easy to get started Very easy to get set up with all my various electronics. A little bigger and heavier than I imagined, but when you need 2 separate paper drawers, I guess that's the breaks.
Driver Installation can be better Printer driver and software installation needs to be more user friendly to install and steps clearer.
Overall, an excellent machine Setup was easy and the cartridges do have a full portion of ink---unlike some other printer makers with their ten pages-and-done ink supplies. Quality product It holds LOTS of paper, is fast to start printing, auto 2 sided printing auto 2 sided scanning. Am an old lady who is not tech savvy so I don't use all the many features of this printer, but the ones I do use are super. Have always had HP printers. They cannot compare to this one in any way shape or form. Have a 2 month old HP sitting in my garage because they won't help me fix the problems I had w/it. If I ever need another printer it will be a Brother.
Great Value I love this printer. When I print something by the time I get to the printer it’s already waiting on me. Very quite and clear pages. Not to mention that I am saving money on ink. Very satisfied with this printer, great value.
Excellent product Fast, reliable, print projects are clear, almost laser quality. Ink cartridges are higher $$ than last Brother MFC but looks like the ink lasts longer than other machine so cost is likely the same to operate. No complaints after two months of daily use and hundreds of pages.
BEST I HAVE OWNED This brother is the best i have bought and used. I am already sold on brother equipment for ease of setup, use, cost and even initial cost. Buy it, use it and you never go anywhere else.
