Great Printer It’s been a great printer for us, after a couple months of ownership. Good print quality, very fast, no paper jams. It’s not super quiet while operating , but certainly not anything disrupting. It’s a great choice, especially at the price point.
Flatbed Scanner Problems The machine works great in every way except one. It will not scan multiple documents from the flatbed (glass) scanner. When you press the continue button on the printer display the scanner bar moves but the light does not turn on so after your first document the pages are black.
quick and simple to use this printer is quick and very simple to use. the only downside is it is a little loud but i can deal with that for the speed :)
Printer For the cost it is missing features. Mainly auto Select on paper size to print AND to scan. I am purchasing a lower tray to have two trays
Great printer for my needs This printer is super user friendly and works well! I print a lot .. no jams, no issues and I’ve had it about 2 months. 5 stars
Best Brother YET! We've been using the MFC-L5850DW for 3 months. While previous Brother copiers were pretty good, this one is by far our favorite. The intuitive screen makes it easy to use. It is much faster than you'd expect from such a modestly priced machine. The print quality is excellent! We'd highly recommend this machine to small businesses!
Can't figure out how to scan and send documents I like the quality of copies, and I especially like the ability to print on two sides. But I can't figure out how to scan to send to the two computers that are linked to the printer my wifi. I also like the speed of the printing. I work on some long documents and I don't have to wait long to pull and review them. The paper tray holds a lot of paper so it doesn't need to be refilled often. This copier is a work horse. I love this copier. It works great and has awesome functionality.
