these machines work well As with any printer, there will be good and bad. The good is the print quality and speed is great for a low to medium business office. What I'm finding is that these machines loose their wireless communication ability with any computer in my office. I've always hard wired them and find that way is the best way to go. I'm finding that I have to unplug every now and again to get the communication back.
Good print quality, poor software interface Produces a very good quality printed page of text and graphic image. The speed of printing is not great and that seems to be on the software / processing of data side versus the mechanical printing process. If you have more than 3 or 4 pages to print it can take a long time to process and print each page. If you try and send a large print job, over 20 pages, it might not print at all.
