Reliable with great features. Although I had a little difficulty with the initial set-up (some software had to be updated), it seems to be a very reliable laser printer that is easy to use.

Fast, Quality Printing Purchased for home based business. Love the use of toner over ink....Prints quickly and scans just as fast....I use both features often and also the copy features. Prints black and white but option to scan in color.. 1 expandable tray....but option to add more trays as I get more business. Highly recommend this model for home business with lots of printing.
A breath of fresh air!! The MFCL5850DW replaced a very problematic monochrome laser printer. The Brother printer is used for copying and printing and has performed perfectly since it's super easy installation 3-4 months ago. Ease of use and the large paper capacity has won everyone over. Thanks for a great printer/copier.

Working Well! Thanks to a Brother Customer Service Rep, our four-in-one is working really well. It was worth it to us to pay for the service plan.
All in one I print about 1000 sheets per week. I have to scan about half of those. This machine works perfectly for my requirements. I'm thinking about adding another tray so I can print letter and legal documents at the same time.
