Met and exceeds expectations. We had a old MFC model that was very reliable for several years and felt a newer MFC model would provide reliability for years to come. So far, the printer has met and exceeded expectations with newer technology and features. Very easy to set up.
Excellent machine. The perfect replacement for MFC 8710 DW, that was also a great office asset. Brother is the top of the line.
Works well and cost effective to maintain I’ve always had Brothers machines- this is my 3rd multi function unit in 22 years- won’t go to anything else- overall operating costs are less expensive than any other brand and print quality is great- I mainly use for scanning and printing- effortlessly syncs with my computer- and the scanner is fast- you just need to make sure to adjust your settings
Good printer I have found that I greatly enjoy the printer. All of the marketed and inclusive functions operate appropriately (e-fax, fax, print, copy, scan, etc.). The only reason I did not mark this as 5-star is because already (300-400 sheets in copied and/or printed) the printed results are not clean. Presumably the rollers in the printer are already dirty so there are little black spots on printed paper. If anyone has an idea of how to reduce this issue, please reach out to me. Reliable work horse! No complaints! Next one I buy will be the same but with color. I use it mainly for printing and scanning. All wireless!!!

Good value, solid printer I bought this printer because I was tired of paying for ink jet cartilages that cost more than the printer itself, in the hope that this printer would save me some money. It has exceeded my expectations, as its use of supplies is efficient and its feature rich, for for home or business. Also, available locally, so i was able to see before I purchased. Good stuff Brother.
Work Horse This printer is great! As a teacher I print large amounts of paper, and this printer does it quickly and without paper jams! That is terrific!
Great Features just wish it had more scanning memory, always have to do larger documents in batches.
