Fine printing, faxing and scanning I like everything about this printer except if the wifi goes out, even temporarily, it will go offline and I have to set it up again. This would seem to me a firmware issue easily solved. So get after it Brother!!!

Poor tray feature I am not pleased with this product at all. This is my 3rd Brother printer and I was quite please with the other two. I upgrade to this model because my demand for printing and speed because much greater. I have had major problem with the tray ever since I bought the printer. I purchased an extended warranty from Office Depot when I purchased the printer and when I went back to the store to explain the problem I was having they did not want to hear me. They told me to call Brother

Great features and very reliable! Brother printers are the best!! I have a MFC-8510dn that is at least 19 years old and is still working like new!! The MFC-L5850DW is even better as it has the digital display and has the double sided feature. These printers are tough and extremely reliable!!

Prints fast The only problem I have is getting toner for this I would someone to respond back to me where to get toner
Great machine I didn't know this when I purchased this machine, but I would be needing a machine that could connect wirelessly to 2 computers in my office. The HP I had could never do this, so I had to transfer everything I need printed to the computer that was connected directly to the printer, BUT NO MORE. This feature alone would have been enough, but add the scanning capabilities among many other useful features makes this machine a Gold Metal Winner in my book.
